Transformational Breathwork Experience: Release, Heal, Awaken
Join us for a powerful journey of Transformational breathwork, a guided practice designed to help you release emotional blockages, connect with your inner self, and awaken to higher consciousness. Through rhythmic, diaphragmatic breathing, you will open the flow of energy in your body, unlocking deep emotional patterns and tapping into your own healing potential.
This unique breathwork experience, guided by Dr. Niloo, an experienced facilitator, will involve conscious breathing through the mouth, breath holds, and moments of meditation. Using music, affirmations, and a supportive atmosphere, we’ll create a comfortable environment for you to explore this profound practice.
What to Expect:
Intention Setting: Before we begin, you’ll set a personal intention. This could be something you wish to release, heal, or invite into your life. We’ll help you connect to your heart’s desire without attachment to specific outcomes.
Rhythmic Breathwork: For 30 minutes, you’ll practice rhythmic breathing while being supported with music, affirmations, and gentle guidance.
Meditation & Breath Hold: After the active breathwork, we’ll transition into 15 minutes of meditative nose breathing, followed by a period of reflection and stillness.
Integration: After the session, we encourage you to rest, hydrate, and journal. This process allows you to integrate the energetic shifts and emotional releases you’ve experienced.
Physical & Emotional Sensations:
During the session, you may experience a range of physical sensations (e.g., tingling, warmth, coldness) and emotions (sadness, joy, anger, or even laughter). These are natural signs of energy moving through your body, releasing what no longer serves you. You may also receive intuitive insights, visions, or a deeper connection with your higher self.
This practice offers you a chance to release stored emotions, align with your true self, and experience a sense of lightness, clarity, and inner peace.
Preparation:
Please come with an open mind and heart, ready to explore this transformative practice. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a journal, and ensure you are well-hydrated.
After the session, take time to reflect, rest, and allow the healing energy to integrate fully. You may continue to feel the effects for days afterward, so be gentle with yourself.
